Our premium raw pecans are sold as full halves, not broken into pieces. Once harvested, our pecans are activated, i.e. they’re soaked and dehydrated at low temperatures. This breaks down the enzyme inhibitors present in raw nuts that can affect nutrient absorption. Our Texas pecans for sale are tender and crispy, and a delight to snack on raw or use in your recipes!
