Maintain good dental hygiene to prevent gum disease, tooth decay, other dental and health issues. Oral care is extremely important as it can effect other parts of our health.

  1. Brush twice a day for at least 2-3 minutes with a non toxic soft-bristle toothbrush 
  2. Floss Daily it helps remove food and plaque from between the teeth
  3. Rinse your mouth with coconut oil or an antibacterial mouthwash, this helps cut down on bad bacteria in the mouth
  4. Use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue.
  5. Cut out processed sugar, processed foods and limit acidic substances 
  6. Add fruits, vegetables and supplements to your diet which help provide essential nutrients to help maintain and build stronger teeth and oral health
  7. Avoid harmful substances such as tobacco and smoking
  8. Schedule regular dental checkups and cleanings
  9. Look into holistic and biological dentistry for minor and major oral health concerns
