Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for most items and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for unopened wellness products, which means you have time after receiving your item to request a return.

Unopened Wellness Products (Supplements, Vitamins, Capsules, Powders)

  • 60-day satisfaction guarantee from date of delivery
  • Must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • Full refund of product price (return shipping may apply)
  • We want you to feel confident trying our wellness products

All Other Products

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery
  • Must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@pureprairienaturals.comwith:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@pureprairienaturals.com so we can make it right. We'll cover return shipping for our mistakes or defective products.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements, vitamins, or wellness products
  • Perishable goods (fresh foods, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
