Suggested Usage / Cleansing Protocol

  • If doing prior to the ParaFy Cleanse, please do it 7 days prior to starting the ParaFy Cleanse. If doing it after the ParaFy cleanse, wait 5 days after last dose.

  • Take 1 Gutty packet first thing in the morning on empty stomach for 3 days in a row.

  • Mix 1 packet thoroughly with 1 tablespoon lime juice & two cups alkaline water (add a pinch of baking soda to your water to make it alkaline)
  • Tip: Drink fast, as the chia seeds will start to gel up.

Gutty Product Instructions

Gutty is a pre-cleanse blend made with chia seeds, psyllium husk, bentonite clay, and coconut activated charcoal. It is designed to support the body’s natural digestive processes by helping maintain bowel regularity and assisting in the removal of waste. This blend works to support digestive health and promote regular elimination as part of a 3 to 5-day pre-cleanse routine.

For optimal results, it is recommended to reduce or avoid dairy, gluten, and sugar starting one day before using Gutty and throughout the cleanse. Staying hydrated and consuming healthy fats, such as avocados, almonds, and coconut milk, can complement the process. Limiting caffeine intake and, if feasible, juicing or fasting during the cleanse may also support the body’s natural detoxification efforts.*

Suggested Use /Cleansing Protocol

Preparation Instructions:

  • If taking prior to the ParaFy supplement, start 8 days before beginning the ParaFy supplement protocol. This means you will take the Gutty cleanse for 3 days, wait 4 days, and then start your ParaFy cleanse on the 8th day.
  • If taking after completing the ParaFy supplement, wait 5 days after the last ParaFy dose before beginning the Gutty cleanse.*

Usage Guidelines:

  • Before starting the Gutty cleanse, fast from food for 8 hours (overnight fasting is recommended). After drinking the first Gutty serving on an empty stomach, wait at least 2 hours before eating. After that, follow a light diet or continue juicing, if preferred.
  • Duration: Take Gutty for 3 consecutive days. Then, stop for 4 days. After the break, you may start the ParaFy supplement as directed.*

Expected Timing:

  • Results may vary. Users may experience effects within 1 to 6 days.*

Mixing Instructions:

  • To take: Mix 1 packet of Gutty thoroughly with 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice and two cups of alkaline water (you may add a pinch of baking soda to regular water to alkalize it).
  • Note: Drink promptly, as the chia seeds may begin to form a gel.*
