Organic Nettle (freeze-dried) tops including stinging hairs (Urtica dioica), organic pullulan (from naturally fermented tapioca starch) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use:

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. A dose of four capsules may be required for best results. Do not exceed recommended dose.
