Borscht Kraut

Inspired by the traditional russian beet soup, we used the same ingredients in this tasty kraut! You can even add our kraut to borscht soup. This kraut has very refreshing spring flavors with a touch of dill.

Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic baby beets, organic carrots, organic shallots, organic garlic, organic dill, unrefined sea salt.
