Lifestyle habits for conception
Some lifestyle changes that may help increase fertility include eating fewer refined carbs, getting moderate exercise, and limiting caffeine. Moderate exercise, like walking, swimming, or yoga, can boost your overall health and fertility.
Chance of conception
-The fertile window is the time when pregnancy can occur, which is usually the six days before ovulation. Ovulation typically occurs about 14 days before the start of the next menstrual period.
-The chance of getting pregnant is highest in the first month of trying, at about 30%. After that, the chance of conception decreases steadily, but the cumulative chance of conception increases over time. The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) says that the likelihood of conceiving in one year of trying is 80 percent, and 90 percent in two years of trying.
