Berberis® Berberine Indena Phytosome® (Berberis aristata) Root Extract (28% Berberine)
Organic Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) Bark

Other Ingredients
Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Organic Bamboo Extract, Coconut MCT Oil, and Acacia Fiber

Directions: Take 15 minutes before a meal.

May take up to 2 a day. (2 separate meal times)
