Mastitis Relief Compress - Herbal Remedy

Mastitis can be a painful condition. To alleviate discomfort, heat a compress by submerging it in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Once heated, remove the compress and let it cool to your desired temperature. Apply it to the affected area, and when it cools down, simply dip it back into the hot water to reheat.

This solution contains calendula and red clover tops. These herbs have lymphatic properties that help circulate and gently dry up stagnant and swollen lymph conditions, including infections and edema. Specifically, red clover has a direct effect on breast tissue.
