This classic Indian Tea is often called the “Champagne of Tea.” Green Darjeeling Tea is made from the same leaves as Black Darjeeling, but with higher antioxidant properties and a lighter more delicate, vegetal flavor. It can be enjoyed on its own as well as alongside light desserts, fish, rice, and cheeses. Consume in the morning or early-afternoon, as it contains a small amount of caffeine.
