Kraut-Chi Organic Pickled Vegetables

Our kraut-chi contains the same ingredients as our beloved kimchi. The only difference is that instead of napa cabbage, kraut-chi is made with regular cabbage. When we are sold out of kimchi we always recommend to our customers that they try the kraut-chi. It is absolutely just as delicious and does not disappoint!
Shelf life:
An unopened jar of kraut-chi is shelf-stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening. When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released.
Ingredients: organic green cabbage, organic carrots, organic daikon radish, organic spring onions, organic ginger, organic garlic, organic sesame seeds, arame seaweed, red pepper, spring water, unrefined sea salt
