Nightmare's in children are common. Their little minds are processing feelings and maturing. Keep in mind that some nightmares are linked to trauma, but not all.

The herbs in this blend are safe for children, and give a feeling of protection. Linden specifically helps to calm anxiety. Maybe they are overthinking something that has happened in their life.

There is also a mental aspect here. The idea that something can help, takes away the fears.

This can be taken before bed or at the time the child wakes up during the night.
