We Refused to Compromise

While developing this blend, we could not find a Worcestershire powder that met our flavor and ingredient standards. So we created our own.

That custom blend of tamarind, molasses, tomato, mushroom, vinegar, mustard, onion, garlic, and spices gives Clean Au Jus its uniquely rich, tangy, savory flavor.

How to Use It

Whisk 2 tablespoons of powder into 1 cup of water, then heat until warm and fully combined.

Use it for French dip sandwiches, prime rib and roast beef, pot roast and Mississippi roast, steak and beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, beef and noodles, soups and stews, burgers and meatloaf, rice, potatoes, and roasted vegetables.

Serve it as a dipping broth, spoon it over meat and potatoes, or add it directly to slow-cooker and pressure-cooker recipes for deeper flavor.
