Cider Mate Milling Spice, Cinnamon and Star Anise

Keep a pot of cider and Mulling Spice simmering on the stove — or in a crockpot — to provide your home with a welcome-home aroma and greet guests and family members with a tart, spicy-special beverage. 

To use the Cider Mate mulling spice, you can heat it with apple cider, juice, or wine. 

1. Heat 1 quart of apple cider or juice, adding 1/8 cup of Cider Mate mulling spice.
2. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
3. Strain the spices out.
4. Serve the finished beverage hot or chilled.
