Goldenrod is a gentle upper respiratory tonic, reducing mucous secretions in the sinuses to dry up runny noses, weepy eyes, and phlegmy lungs.

Ginkgo Leaf contains at least a dozen different known anti-inflammatory chemicals, more than half of which have some degree of antihistaminic activity. Some of its most famous constituents, the ginkgolides, are known to inhibit platelet-activating factor–a chemical whose excess presence is implicated in asthma and allergies.

Licorice Root brings down inflammatory excess throughout the body. It is a moistening herb, which helps to counteract the drying of Nettle.
